We'd rather be honest, upfront, and give real expectations. We are not the most economical fishing charter guide. We are a fishing charter, not a catching charter. For this reason, we will never guarantee catching fish. On future requests, please specify, full name, email address, number of passengers and dates considering; as we, typically, have requests and bookings as far out as 2 years ahead. We will like to advise availability promptly. (as soon as we get back to port) ! ! !

Booking Policies:
No Pets allowed.
No illegal drugs, nor medicinal marihuana (cannabis) will be permitted on the boats.
Packages will be inspected.
No glass on board. Alcohol allowed in cans and in moderation only. a
No spray sunscreen allowed, lotion only.
Getting wet, seasick, not catching fish, nor showing at the dock are not reasons for credit nor refund.
Visa or Master Card Accepted
50% required to reserve a trip.
60 day cancellation policy.
Split charters must be paid in full.
Full refund only if bad weather is called by the Captain.
Passenger requesting is responsible to share policy with any guests.
Since Maguro will always be in compliance with both federal and local authorities, it is the requesting passenger's responsibility to be aware and follow any Covid-19 government regulations / executive orders. This information can be found online.
